1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Avalon Concierge platform ("Service"), including any chat widget embedded on a venue partner's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Avalon Concierge is a brand operated by Zentrust LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Avalon Concierge. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Avalon Concierge provides an AI-powered concierge chatbot that helps users explore wedding venue information, ask questions about packages, pricing, and availability, and schedule venue tours. The Service is provided on behalf of venue partners who subscribe to the Avalon Concierge platform.
3. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when requested (name, email, phone number)
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose of exploring venue information and booking tours
- Not attempt to abuse, spam, or overwhelm the chat system
- Not use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
4. Information Collection
During your interaction with the chatbot, you may be asked to provide personal information including your name, email address, phone number, estimated guest count, and preferred event dates. This information is collected to:
- Assist you with venue inquiries and tour scheduling
- Enable the venue to follow up with you regarding your interest
- Send you tour confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications (if you opt in)

5. Tour Bookings
When you schedule a tour through the Service, a calendar event is created and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Tour availability is subject to the venue's schedule. Avalon Concierge is not responsible for venue availability, scheduling conflicts, or changes made by the venue.
6. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS reminders during the booking process, you may receive transactional text messages including tour reminders, booking confirmations, invoice notifications, and form reminders. SMS opt-in is separate from other consents and requires explicit consent via a dedicated opt-in prompt.
- Frequency: Maximum 6 messages per booking (typically 2-3)
- Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message
- Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email support@avalonconcierge.ai
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier

7. Payments and Deposits
Some venues may require a deposit to secure a tour or event booking. When a venue has enabled deposit collection through the Service:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor
- Avalon Concierge does not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe
- Deposit amounts, refund policies, and cancellation terms are set by the venue and will be clearly displayed before you complete payment
For venues that do not require deposits, tour bookings are free and no payment is collected.
8. Vendor Recommendations
If you opt in to vendor recommendations, your contact information may be shared with trusted third-party wedding vendors (such as DJs, photographers, caterers, and event planners) who have partnered with the venue. This sharing only occurs with your explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
9. Email Communications
If you opt in to email follow-up communications, you may receive:
- Tour reminders and confirmations
- Post-tour follow-up messages
- Promotional offers from the venue
You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us at support@avalonconcierge.ai.
10. AI-Generated Responses
The chatbot uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. The information provided by the chatbot should not be considered a binding offer or contract. All pricing, availability, and venue details are subject to confirmation by the venue.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology associated with the Avalon Concierge platform are the property of Zentrust LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avalon Concierge and Zentrust LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate information, missed bookings, payment processing issues, or communication failures.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zentrust LLC (d/b/a Avalon Concierge), its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, venue partners, or the Service.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
