SMS messages are sent by Avalon Concierge, a brand operated by Zentrust LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Avalon Concierge. We send text messages on behalf of wedding venues and catering companies that use our platform.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages are transactional and directly related to your booking activity.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will receive no more than 6 messages per booking. A typical booking generates 2-3 messages (confirmation + reminder).
You will only receive text messages if you explicitly opt in during the booking process. Here is how consent is collected:

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Avalon Concierge does not charge any fees for receiving text messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers.
Your phone number and opt-in status are stored securely and are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our SMS subprocessor (Twilio) to deliver messages, and with the partner venue whose website you used to book.
