Who sends these messages?

SMS messages are sent by Avalon Concierge, a brand operated by Zentrust LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Avalon Concierge. We send text messages on behalf of wedding venues and catering companies that use our platform.

What messages will I receive?

Messages are strictly limited to:

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages are transactional and directly related to your booking activity.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will receive no more than 6 messages per booking. A typical booking generates 2-3 messages (confirmation + reminder).

How you opt in

You will only receive text messages if you explicitly opt in during the booking process. Here is how consent is collected:

Complete a booking You schedule a tour or tasting through the Avalon Concierge AI chat widget on a venue's website.

SMS opt-in prompt appears After your booking is confirmed, the chat widget presents a dedicated SMS opt-in card asking: "Would you like to receive text message reminders about your upcoming visit?"

You choose Yes or No The opt-in card displays clear Yes and No buttons. Only users who tap "Yes" are enrolled for text messages. The card includes the disclosure: "Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time."

Consent is recorded Your opt-in choice is stored in our database with a timestamp and your session ID. You can opt out at any time.
The SMS opt-in card is embedded within the Avalon Concierge AI chat widget, which is live on venue websites including grandmanorevents.com. The widget is accessible to all website visitors without requiring login or account creation.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time using any of these methods:

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

Rates & charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Avalon Concierge does not charge any fees for receiving text messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers.

Privacy & data sharing

Your phone number and opt-in status are stored securely and are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our SMS subprocessor (Twilio) to deliver messages, and with the partner venue whose website you used to book.
